I previously was Design Director at Visa, where I oversaw the experience for Visa's various issuer / acquirer / merchant data products, including the Visa Analytics Platform. We helped our customers gain insights into their business performance and identify opportunities to target based on the questions they're asking on any particular day. I previously lead the design of Visa Developer Center and consulted on UX for our merchant & reseller portal. My primary responsibilities are mentoring, managing and delegating to our designers, designing patterns and components for use in our design system, and working with our research + accessibility partners to deliver validated and accessible products. Before Visa, I designed for mobile and innovation experiences at PayPal to help form strategic partnerships with high-profile businesses such as Foot Locker, McDonald's, MoneyGram, Rooms to Go, and TiVo.I'm a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin Design program.
