I represent clients before the Injuries Board and the courts, including civil claims and defending criminal prosecutions. I represent a number of regulated industries and professionals before the courts and their relevant professional bodies in dealing with disciplinary proceedings and regulatory prosecutions.I also have a background in intellectual property and information technology law with a particular interest in data protection and privacy. I regularly advise clients dealing with requests for personal information under data protection and freedom of information legislation, including complaints and appeals to the Data Protection Commissioner and Information Commissioner. I also represent businesses dealing with data protection issues, requests and complaints.I am a Notary Public for Limerick and am a European Trade Mark & Design Attorney registered with Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM).In all aspects of my work I aim to provide accessible, practical advice for people who are often dealing with stressful scenarios.
