Right after my return from my UK stay end of 2001 I joined Olip first to their purchase dept and after to sales’.It was not enough. I decided and had the chance to move over to Stilman Footwear which gave me lots more opportunities to learn and grow. I learnt how to be customer oriented, product understanding, trips and meetings organizing , problems solving and most importantly I was feeling part of the Team.Ascot opportunity came up eventually and I had the feeling I should not have letting it go away. I joined Ascot in April 2008, I was in charge of Customer Care in the Italian branch with all issues that may come up during the process, I was following all commercial duties (i.e. deliveries, payments etc) attending shows and expo and fortunately I had the opportunity to meet and work with great professional People in the e-commerce business which helped me to understand and develop this new channel for the Company.Now ready for new challenges and willing to learn much more.
