This role covered both Art Management and Art Direction, due to the nature of the project (South Park Phone Destroyer). A lot of the Art Direction was a known entity so I focused more on building/training the team and processes to run the game as a live service in a sustainable way.It was a great project to be part of and the team did an amazing job.

-My main objectives were to focus the direction of the art team on an art style that supported the aspirations of the game and appealed to the target audience.-I gave guidance and training to the art team.-Worked with Production to support the art team’s schedule.-Created a safe space to fail and learn within the team.
