This effort involved integrating Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and discrete bench test measurement equipment in an automated 24/7 (robotic) test environment. Evaluated signal integrity of test fixtures using a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) for de-embedding S-parameter signal properties. Performed gate and transistor-level chip debug using advanced physical analysis techniques (FIB, LADA, LVP) interfaced with ATE. Scripted Verilog test cases for the purpose of design validation and generating functional test vector patterns. This included exercising Mentor Graphics FastScan to generate stuck-at and transition fault scan-chain test patterns.
