Initiated, defined, and lead the strategy and execution for NI digital program to transform the customer experience, processes, and technology driving the online channel. Grew the program from the 8 initial leaders in strategy and definition to 120 people with 30 consultants from multiple agencies and 90 NI employees across digital disciplines; as we designed the customer experience, defined the global processes, selected the technologies, negotiated and contracted the services, and implemented the transformation. Managed a multi-million-dollar budget keeping the program on track and under budget managing through continual scope changes and priority shifts as we grew the team and recruited new leaders to run the business. Acquired and implemented the largest software vendor contracts NI has negotiated – working with IT Directors and VP, procurement, enterprise platforms, and our system integration partners.
