I have seven years of experience working in Restaurants and Restaurant Management. Currently, I work as Maggiano's Columbia's Lead Trainer and Key Shift Leader, improving service and standards for our customers by upholding the ethos of the Maggiano's Way, analyzing PNL reports to maximize profits and minimize labor, interacting with guests and maintaining long term relationships, and always striving to learn more and be ready to take the next step. While at Maggiano's, I have been a part of the winning team for Restaurant of the Year for 2017 after having trained over half of our current Front of House staff to hold themselves, and each other, to the highest standards.
