Regulatory understanding, compliance and a priority on customer service have underpinned this role which has given me experience in several areas of the banking and financial sector.Along with upskilling to cover all areas of branch banking, I have been trained in telephone and video banking. The mobile aspect of this role entails working at different locations such as banking hubs and covering other branches when needed.My typical duties in this role include:- Carrying out various account and payment transactions- Account and transaction analysis to help with customer queries and assess product suitability- Discussing and fulfilling new and existing customer needs for services such as current and savings accounts, loans, insurances and representative access- Preparing, issuing and ensuring completion of documentation for previously mentioned services- All relevant ID and document checks pertaining to account operations and transactions- Fraud prevention, awareness and investigation- Complaint handling, investigation and resolution
