The EDA uncovered a significant number of outliers in the order amount aggregated by win-loss date. A limited DQA was initiated to profile 26 variables using a set of proposed business rules that discovered seven significant data quality issues that were remediated. Developed a labeled property graph using Neo4j to conduct a POC for Customer 360. The graph database included nodes for Customer, Dealer, Sales Engagement, Opportunities, Purchase Agreement, Order, Delivery, Shipment, Plant, Carrier, and Issue Ticket. The POC is being migrated to SAP graph to support a customer journey mapping initiative.Developed a bid analysis application to assist Sales Members with product and pricing strategy. The bid tool enabled Sales Members to find bids with similar client, product, and pricing characteristics to share insights and strategy.
