Sites Programmed, Commissioned and Maintained: Newbridge Wyeth, Abbotts (Longford),Visatkon Pfizers, FMC, Glaxosmithkline, Stafford Miller (GSK), Vistakon, Boston Scientific, MSD, Schering Plough etc. Responsibilities at these sites included:• Extensive experience programming with Sigma and BAS2800+ used in validated systems, working from sequence of operation documentation and P&ID drawings. Creating and commissioning overview graphics of each Control System that can be viewed from front end BMS terminals.• Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) of Satchwell Control Systems: HVAC, Boilers, Purified Water, Chillers, Effluent,Utilities, LPHW etc.• Review of P&ID drawings on sites.• Supervision of all instrument test sheets signed off. Issuing of Work to Go lists to electrical contractors on site projects.• Review and Execution of Validation documents IQ/OQ/PQ for the above Control Systems, incorporating SAT's & FAT's.• Setting up and commissioning of Variable Speed Drives – ABB, Schneider and DanFoss.• Installation and commissioning of Modbus – communication link between Sigma and third party vendor equipment. • Upgrading comms network, upgrading software version for BAS2800+ sites and sigma sites and setting up of trend graphs.• On-site training for facilities engineers on Satchwell Control Systems across the site.• CCTV & access control systems commissioning and qualification.• Problem Management and resolution: identifying and solving problems occurring at existing sites on a 24-hour service.
