As an Advisory Services Lead Consultant, I have the primary responsibility for the conduct of the engagement as outlined by the engagement partner and engagement manager, in accordance with the standards of the Firm and the profession as expressed in official professional pronouncements.I carry out the engagement in accordance with the approved engagement plan and during all phases, I keep the engagement manager and partner aware of progress, any material deviations from the time budget, discovery of any fraud or errors, difficulties in completing the engagement as assigned, and any problems in relationships with the client's personnel or the assistant accountants.

As an Advisory Services Associate Consultant, I am primarily responsible for performing procedures assigned by the In-Charge and/or Manager. In all phases of an engagement, I am responsible for conducting the work in accordance with the quality standards of the Firm and the profession.
