As the Director of Alumni Engagement for Delta Chi, I am passionate about creating meaningful connections and fostering lifelong engagement within our Fraternity. My work is rooted in "connecting the dots"—linking alumni with similar industries, experiences, and backgrounds, and helping them find value in our community. Delta Chi has been a transformative organization in my life, and my mission is to share that experience with others.Throughout my role, I’ve led initiatives that have expanded our volunteer base and grown alumni chapters across North America. Programs like our Senior Send-Off have increased engagement among recent graduates, ensuring they transition seamlessly into our active alumni network. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of hosting successful alumni receptions in cities across the U.S., from New York to Phoenix, Seattle to Chicago, and more, creating touchpoints for members to reconnect with the Fraternity and each other.For me, the impact of this role is more than numbers. It's about building relationships that endure and creating opportunities that bring value to our members' lives. I believe Delta Chi’s strength lies in its people, and my goal is to continually build a community where members feel the same pride and connection that I do.
