Appointed to steer the employment services organisation through a period of challenges experienced by the sector at large. With a key focus on reducing costs, improving performance and diversifying income streams, I have held P&L responsibility across all programs, driving stakeholder relationships, controlling costs and building a unified culture across the various silos within the organisation. This involved leading the 2018 DES transition and establishing a multiprogram structure to facilitate contract delivery.
