Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Responsible for the overall management and planning of the Corporation to create and promote an environment that is focused on the principles that good business means following the rules - when no one is looking. Creates annual operating plans that support the strategic growth of the four business divisions; Real Estate, Legal, Title & Escrow and HOA administration. Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long term financial viability of the organization. Implements standardization processes to instill consumer confidence which includes both client and employee training.

First Title Services, located in Playas de Rosarito, B.C. Mexico exists to provide foreigners safe real estate transactions. Our attorneys are approved with First American Title, Stewart Title and Fidelity and FTS is also an approved closing company with GE Mexico, Bancomer and Scotia Bank. Selected to be one of five National Committee Members for the National Real Estate Association of Mexico to assist with the selection and integration of Technology for the Association throughout Mexico in 2010.

President of the Mexico Real Estate Association (AMPI) - section Rosarito Beach. Instrumental in growing the association to include all individuals that are involved in the real estate industry of Mexico. Promote continuing education and the establishment and enforcement of a code of ethics within the association.
