As COO I've built an operations led organization. We scaled up to 119 individual contributors across 19 scrum teams to build the foundation for Confidential Compute comprised of thousands of modular components. We've scaled back to 30 contributors in order to hone in on the highest demand enterprise use-cases. And we're preparing expand again in order to complete multiple PoCs. Our Confidential Compute protects data at-rest, in-flight and in-use without requiring specialized hardware. Perfect for enterprise use cases from protecting access to IoT sensor readings and control system access to preventing AI Models from being stolen when run on cloud hardware they don't control. We're a deep tech startup. We've spent 11 years architecting and 2 years building a network that fundamentally changes the OSI model of the internet. Encrypting at the lowest level for greater efficiency and security, on the order of reducing a $90,000 AWS bill to $200 AND powering 8ms server finality on fully encrypted files (traditionally a 5000ms process)

Operationalized contractors who deployed five open source projects that increased NEAR's transaction volume capability by 500%, decreased the time to deploy a node from days to minutes, and extended NEARs indexer with GPT3 replacing complex database queries with human readable requests.

As head of growth at NEAR, I was responsible for managing multiple product-led growth initiatives including the first generative NFT platform in the ecosystem, which has since been used to launch dozens of projects. As a team lead, I advised ecosystem projects on product led growth. My experience consulting startups and ability to explain complex technology in everyday language helped drive the success of the ecosystem.

As an Operations and Engineering Manager at Gravity, I lead a team of 8 engineers in building two separate product verticals. The first build comprised tools to power FinTech and digital security teams with intent data to feed their investment, collections and threat detection models. The second vertical produced marketing & sales software powered from the same data pipelines capable of supplying startups in San Francisco with sixty thousand leads per day generated from monitoring and combining thirty unique data sources. I also oversaw the development and deployment of four SaaS products that enabled startups to efficiently send educational video-email marketing campaigns. During my time at AlphaVoice I led the team through multiple technical challenges from Big Data Processing to video stream optimization.We also dabbled in emerging tech like voice to acquire new customers and push the boundaries of conventional sales tech.

Cooper & DesignIt (acquired by Wipro)As an Operations and Engineering Specialist, I played a key role in the integration of Cooper with Designit's global marketing team. My work focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations through the use of technology and collaboration, integrating with a global team spread across 16 international offices.

While running my first company, I was responsible for leading a team of three in the design, prototyping and user testing of a modular photograph display. In addition to overseeing the development process, I optimized the product for mass production and communicated with manufacturers both foreign and domestic to produce the first run of 32,000 picture frames.To ensure the success of our product, I also performed market research, user interviews, and built a marketing strategy. This involved launching and managing customer engagement strategies through digital marketing and community engagement initiatives such as Greek life events, maker fairs, and philanthropy events.One of our biggest successes was presenting at the World Maker Faire, where I had the opportunity to interact with thousands of attendees and teach over 600 kids taking a product from prototype to scale.Additionally, I worked alongside the UConn Law Clinic and learned how to draft a full patent on our product design. While my experience in engineering and robotics was overkill for such a simple product, my proclivity for operations was critical to the success of our team shipping a product at scale

I oversaw and defined the operational practices for running UConn’s newest maker space. I learned to cultivate an environment of innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration among students. Simultaneously I created easy to access digital teaching tools to draw in and engage studentsWhile leading the maker space, I also led a team of four charged with interviewing Genentech employees about their habits and designing a workspace to improve in-person communication in 40,000+ square foot offices with unassigned seating. The workspace featured personalization with photos and a name badge, however the main attraction was real-time seating map of the entire office.

As a mechanical design engineer at an automotive parts manufacturer, my team was responsible for creating and testing systems to ensure the rated lifespan of automotive turbo speed sensors. In this role, I took charge of making the system more efficient and implemented a range of strategies.- I introduced a cross-team scheduling software to minimize the downtime of lifespan testing equipment. - I performed multiple forms of lifespan testing, including thermo-cycling and pressure testing, to ensure that our systems were functioning as expected.- I also documented multiple testing procedures to ensure consistency across team members and expedite the onboarding process for new team members.
