Working with the Regional Director and team in the Northwest office, I am responsible for strengthening and building on the individual relationships with the community of donors and sponsors that support NPH and seek out new opportunities to expand that community of support, increasing the impact that NPH USA is able to make in the lives of the children and communities NPH serves throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. After many years of working on the operational side of the organization, I am thrilled to have the opportunity through Development in the US to share the work that NPH is doing and help secure more of the resources the organization so desperately needs to continue the important work of raising children, transforming lives and impacting communities in need a in positive, committed and sustainable way.

Working in concert with the National Director of our NPH home for orphaned and abandoned children in Honduras, directing the continued development of our home, family, and outreach programs to better respond to the needs of the children and the community.

Working to provide birth certificates for children in our NPH home in the Dominican Republic and helping to coordinate Haiti Relief efforts after the earthquake.

Responsible for organizing youth leadership programs in the NPH homes in Central America and Mexico.

Responsible for the communication flow between all nine NPH homes throughout Central America and the Carribean, and our fundraising offices throughout the United States and Europe.

Responsible for the hiring, firing and overall organization of volunteers for NPH Nicaragua, along with planning, coordinating and tending to the needs of all visitors to our home.

Responsible for the planning an organizing of the Northern California Special Olympics Fall and Spring events. Along with planning and organizing substantial fund raising events to cover costs for the tournaments.

Responsible for hiring comedy and speaker talent to come and perform at the University, working out the contractual details, planning, organizing, marketing, and overseeing the each event.
