I‘m an experienced Leader within Entertainment, Events, Operations and most importantly for me Learning and Development. With over 18 years’ experience within the Hospitality, Retail and Leisure sectors, delivering exciting change and transformational projects that have enabled team members and Leaders to make the most of their career development opportunities. My Learning and Development experience, including building a commercially viable Learning and development function from the ground up, ensures I have the resilience, capability and agility to successfully lead Learning and Development departments and underpin the value Learning and Development can bring to businesses. I’m passionate about Apprenticeships and the opportunities they offer individuals to develop. Having created and implemented the Apprenticeship strategy within my last business, I have seen first-hand the positive impact they can have on people and the internal talent pipeline within an organisation.
