Luca is Associate Partner with Reply Spa in Italy, he leads the Risk & Actuarial Practice with responsibility for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance.With about 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Luca served as senior roles both within primary insurance companies and at main consulting firms.His main areas of expertise are accounting standards, risk management, investments, capital management, asset liability management, actuarial valuations as well as financial modelling.Prior to join Reply Luca was a Actuarial Director of PwC Italy and even before of Deloitte Consulting, leading a number of risk and finance transformation initiatives for the Insurance sector.Luca has more of a decade experience in the implementation of FIS Prophet Suites (Prophet Professional and Prophet General Insurance), according with risk and worth metrics for both Life and Non-Life Business. Luca holds a full marks degree in Actuarial and Finance Science from the “La Sapienza” University in Rome, Italy.
