Ross contributes to the formulation and implementation of Deloitte SA’s Insurance & Investment Management (IM) industry strategy. He actively identifies, design and implements business solutions that’s aligned to Deloitte’s value proposition and supports the Director responsible for all Insurance and IM clients.
