Founded and currently lead a three person ad hoc research team specializing in market and user research. Our research includes all phases of UX research, strategic product research, as well as product/feature forecasting using ARIMA. Areas of specialization include, medical devices (CGMs), financial risk and compliance, educational technology, and most recently with Videra Health, AI based mental health assessments. My team and I conducted usability, exploratory, and evaluative research on DigiCert's primary products: CertCentral and DigCert ONE. This research involved a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods. My own research contributed to DigiCert's recent signature product TrustLifeCycle Manager as well as their Software Trust Manger. As a team we implemented product benchmarking (UUA scores) for new and existing designs, quarterly Voice of the Customer reports, revised and streamlined our research processes, and doubled the number of quantitative projects completed leading to an increase in new products and features.

• Managed day-to-day site operations of 1.2M NIH/NICHD grant longitudinally examining processes of perceptual and linguistic development in infants• Mentored 10 undergraduates examining the social-emotional development of adolescents living in polygamous families• Developed and provided mentorship for the SUU Undergraduate Psychology Research Journal• Associate Editor for two academic journals (2015 – 2021)
