• Advised clients on creative strategies for virtual production, built budgets, recommended vendors, and supervised shoots to deliver exceptional experiences.• Collaborated with virtual production studios to develop business plans, create proofs of concept, and educate key decision makers on virtual production in film, tv, live events, and advertising.• Provided Virtual Art Department services to create 3D environments, 2.5D environments, and 2D renders optimized for real-time applications.

As the Co-Founder of Chicago Virtual Production Group, I led the organization in fostering talent and skills for real-time technologies in virtual production. By implementing innovative workflows and collaborating with industry professionals, we successfully supported the democratization of virtual production in film, advertising, and broadcast. As of 2024, we have over 250 registered members.

Photographed and filmed a high volume of high-end mid century art and furniture for Wright’s award winning catalog and website. Recruited, managed and mentored freelance and junior photographers.Led a cross-departmental initiative to enhance studio workflows, partnering with photography, property management, and design teams. These improvements resulted in a substantial increase in image production, from 3,500 to 22,000 within six months. This initiative directly supported the business goal of expanding from 18 to over 34 auctions per year, ultimately driving a 25% year-over-year revenue increase.

Led technology education programming, training and documentation for School of Art + Design Faculty, Staff and Students.Led the redesign and development of the wide format inkjet print facilities, providing calibration, quality control, support for multiple color workflows (CMYK, RGB and Spot color), soft-proofing, and on-demand 24/7 printing. Acted as a liaison between the IT, Facilities departments, Faculty and Students to transform and modernize the facilities and services offered to better prepare students for modern digital creation practices.Supervised a team of 30 direct reports in the operation and maintenance of several computer labs, darkooms and film and photography studios.

Supervised the streamlining and reorganization of the School of Art + Design’s equipment loan system through editing and assigning metadata to over 4000 resources in WebCheckout, SQL-based resource tracking software, and implemented a new descriptive barcode system.
