Supervisor of the executive mangers of the organization such as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Director of Human Resources, Director of Engineering and Plant Services, Director of Communications, Director of Safety, Administrative Analysts and all sub departments within that scope while developing and directing systematic administrative services and/or clinical services to ensure that division, institution and accrediting standards are maintained. Oversee management of over $100 million dollar budget, all billing processes, revenue generation and over 1,400 staff. Responsible for labor / management relations with 4 Union bargaining units, employee relations and all personnel actions. Manages Information Technology use by all clinical and operational staff from infrastructure to user. Responsible for 17 Engineering departments, electronic security, Fire Department and internal control analytical processes.

Chief of Operations directing the Chief Information Officer, Director of Communications, Director of Engineering and Plant Services, Director of Safety as well as all sub departments within that scope. Supervised the Executive Managers that are responsible for over 20 Departments. Administrative leader of services to ensure compliance with Joint Commission, Department of Health, Center for Medicare/ Medicaid Services, OSHA, PEOSHA and Division of Fire Safety standards. Chair of Hospital Policy, Safety and Operations committees.

Directed, supervised and coordinated all functions and activities of six inpatient psychiatric units, two transitional living cottages and all departments within those units in a health care facility. Ensured the administration and coordination of treatment and program activities for 170 patients. Ensured the proper operation and management of a health care complex and the conduct of all employees and care/ treatment of all patients. Recommended changes in administrative and clinical policies to more effectively implement the vision and objectives of the hospital. Managed all work operations and programs in the assigned complex and was responsible for employee performance evaluations. Coordinated staffing, finances, organization, and management of all professional and support services.

Under the direction of the Hospital Administrator was responsible as the team leader to develop, administer, and supervise the implementation of specific care, custody and rehabilitation services for a group of 200 patients. Coordinated the scheduling of patient programming and treatment team efforts consistent with the treatment plan. Developed and coordinated all existing programs and implemented new programs. Formulated and implemented program goals and policies. Oversight of the interdisciplinary treatment team functioning. Ensured that each client was evaluated, had an individualized treatment plan and received all recommended services. Ensured the implementation of policies and procedures and supervised the work operations and programs. Maintained responsibility for effectively recommending the hiring, firing, promoting, demoting and/or disciplining of employees. Was a hearing officer in addition to duties.
