Recommending appropriate metrics, developing ‘proof of concept’ reporting and overseeing the movement of these reports into a production QlikView/Sense environment.Working closely with Sales Operations, Marketing and International Finance teams, providing technical expertise on a consultative basis and ensuring a consistency of data messaging for all levels of the organisation – single source of truth and overview of data collection and reporting strategies for the EMEA-C organisation. These projects can range from involvement in the development of sales force incentive schemes and models, to whole Divisional SFE programmes, territory optimisation projects and CRM use and reporting strategies.Working across divisional boundaries allows a breadth of knowledge about the organisation, understanding the data flows and pathways, helping to support divisional goals and advising on best practice to ensure senior management receive a coherent ‘joined up’ view of organisational progress and project development.
