Jointly responsible for all areas of the practice including developing policies and procedures, hiring and evaluating professional staff in addition to origination and execution of mandates.

Orenda was an independent financial advisory firm that provided a full range of investment banking services including: raising capital (senior debt, subordinated debt and equity) for both private and public corporations from institutional pools of capital across North America; and providing advisory services (management buyouts; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; capital restructurings including leveraged recapitalizations; fairness opinions and valuations; negotiations with existing investors and lenders; and advice on going public).During a twelve year association, held increasingly senior positions including member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
