I am an execution-oriented leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and skills from 40 plus years of experience and a passion for lifelong learning to GLW. I am dedicated to Acting Like an Owner by focusing on working on the business for excellence and growth that will benefit all the Team Members and the Owners as they exit the business. I Believe in Possibilities – I believe that GLW can grow in both revenue and profitability if we focus on improving the way we operate across the entire value chain.
