Manage the Accounting for Partner Programs (Partnerships) team that supports the Business Development organization globally in their partnerships with mobile operators, cable operators, and smart TV/device manufacturers. Focus on building internal systems and efficiency to support the quickly growing Prepaid Promotion, Retail Gift Cards, and Integrated Payment programs. Work closely with external partners across the globe to ensure proper application of accounting policies, payments received, and any other issues/questions are properly addressed.

Supported the Marketing Organization with annual spend of over $600M, as well as the Customer Service organization.

- Support the Accounting behind the Marketing teams across all channels (Online, TV/Media, Creative, and Others) and other G&A activities.

-Provide tax services during the quarterly review and yearly Audit of some of Silicon Valley's largest company's (HP and others) in order to ensure the validity of the tax numbers represented on their financial statements. Areas of training include Rate Reconciliation, Payable, Deferred Tax Accounts, Stock Compensation, 10-Q / 10-K filing tie-outs, etc.-Responsible for preparing Corporate Tax Returns with multiple foreign and domestic subsidiaries (5471's and 8858's) for Silicon Image, Inc., Tela Innovations, and other clients.-Contributed to research, interviews, and documentation and memo writing for purposes of Section 382 R&D Studies on Facebook, Inc. -Directly manage and review the work of interns and other staff, while being a mentor to some of these same individuals. Heavily involved with University recruiting. With permission from Ernst & Young, created and continue to run a social media presence on Twitter for the EY Bay Area recruiting team (@EYBayArea).-Focus on interaction with and aiding in developing positive client relationships. Also focused on developing cross-service line interaction within Ernst & Young.

Assisted partner in completing Individual Tax Returns. Worked with almost every schedule including TD F 90-22.1 (Reporting of Foreign Earnings), K-1's (Partnerships, Trusts, etc.), and Royalites/Rents, and many more.In charge of welcoming the clients and making sure I provided quality customer service and answered applicable return questions where possible. Intermediary between the CPA and the client.
