During my short time at Outgoing I was responsible for the planning, set-up, activation and daily management of a brand-new Student Brand Manager Programme.Born out of a need for a more personable connection with our target consumer, the programme saw the recruitment of 20 Student Brand Managers at 20 Universities across the length and breadth of the UK, flying the Outgoing flag and spreading word of our unique events to students everywhere.Hugely successful considering its relatively short life-span, to date the programme has pushed Outgoing to achieve record levels of sales across the board, aiding in its ongoing expansion and reaffirming the company's position as the UK’s number one student tour, travel and events company.
