As the Volunteer Coordinator for Meals on Wheels at Feed More, I directly manage all daily volunteer and schedule coordination for 350+ volunteers out of the main Rhoadmiller location. Along with my team, I create and implement new strategies for volunteer recruitment, recognition, and retention, and work to develop improved and efficient processes for all volunteer procedures.

Along with my partner, I co-founded and created a successful literary journal that received over 1,000 submissions from every continent (except Antarctica!) for the second issue alone. I work primarily as the Managing Editor and Volunteer Manager on the staff. As the Managing Editor, my role is to sort, assign, reject, and accept submissions during the reading process. As a Volunteer Manager, I work to recruit, retain, and communicate with all six of our volunteer editors during each submission period.
