Coordinator of Learning Lab, the education innovation center of SDA Bocconi School of Management, which designs, develops, and executes high-tech and high-touch experiential learning programs. Learning Lab is organized into 4 main areas: “Design and development of teaching methods and digital tools”, “Research and Development”, “Online, Hybrid and Blended Learning”, and “Staff and Faculty Training”.• Definition of the educational offer tailored to the requirements of corporate clients, the content of the teachers (syllabus), and the delivery methods (online, hybrid, in class). Development of proposals and response to tenders.• Design, creation, and management of courses such as online on-demand, online live, MOOC, custom programs, virtual and augmented classrooms.• Design and development of digital tools, such as management simulations, role-playing games, interactive assessments, collaborative web-based training, and learning objects.• Updating of courses and digital tools, management of LMS (Learning Management Systems) like Blackboard, Canvas, and Moodle.• Design and management of the Video Production Room, the studios where we create videos and podcasts, and the Immersive Room, where we deliver immersive live sessions.• Annual management of costs and revenues of the Learning Lab, team management, resource selection (with HR), scouting and supplier selection (with Procurement).• Definition of the five-year strategic plan for online learning.
