- Engineering IPT Lead within AFLCMC/HBISLed a team of eleven engineers on a $1.6B major system upgrade being done on five E-3A AWACS.Responsible for approving all engineering requirements, testing, and modifications being performed by the prime contractor. Chair and approval authority for all major design reviews. Responsible for managing the overall engineering risks, manpower, scheduling, and costs for the duration of the program. As the technical lead for a $250M proposal, was able to reduce the contractors cost proposal by over $15M due to redundancies and errors found in the basis of estimate. Selected as the Civilian of the quarter in Q3 of 2016.

Dcma Raytheon Tewksbury

- Systems EngineerPerformed systems engineering surveillance on the AN/TPY-2 Radar System, the AN/SPY-6 Radar System (AMDR), and the Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR). Assessed Raytheon's technical compliance with the requirements of the contract. Documented surveillance efforts, performed periodic audits of Raytheon Engineering and provided reports to the appropriate program management office and DCMA management. Participated in a red-team for a high profile transformer failure on the AN/TPY-2 radar system. Coordinated external subject matter experts to help in the root cause and corrective action activities. Made recommendations to the contractor (that were used) with regards to on-site sparing and new procedures for removal/replacement of the transformer to mitigate the risk of radar downtime during the 1-2 year period needed to redesign a replacement transformer.

The AN/TPY-2 is the radar component of the THAAD Ballistic Missile Defense program run by the US Missile Defense Agency. Performed Root Cause analysis and Corrective Actions on radar field failures. Performed reliability statistical trend analysis to identify premature failures and corrective actions. Used actual reliability data to update the system Operational Availability and sparing philosophy.Also performed the duties above for the RAID program, a fielded portable all-weather tower surveillance system used in Afghanistan and Iraq to protect forward operating bases. Provided critical spares support for battle damaged systems in Afghanistan.

Tester is used to test and troubleshoot the stores payload system on the F-16 Fighting Falcon.
