As a Software Architect in Bankwest's Customer Experience transformation program, I am responsible for driving our technology direction towards scalable distributed systems which can be delivered with high velocity and autonomy. I am a key stakeholder in Bankwest’s architecture governance process and 2020 Technology Direction working group; my role is to work with executive and technology leadership to establish architectural and technology direction for the digital transformation of Bankwest’s people, process and technology domains.

My role in IPS is to provide technical leadership and guidance on a variety of Intelligent Production Systems and on the development of Baker Hughes' digital oilfield platform, with a focus on completions and production.I have employed my broad experience in the software industry to promote process and quality improvements to software engineering in the energy industry. This involves technical mentoring, evangelising Scrum, TDD, Continuous Integration and Deployment Automation to ensure quality in Baker Hughes' technology development.

Was responsible for the architecture and development of all financial transaction and payment subscription systems, real-time monitoring, reporting, and other server-side software for Vegas World, and ourWorld.com.The transaction systems that I built handle thousands of transactions a day with a large number of payment providers, with near perfect availability. My designs are elegant and concise, and my implementations are clean and efficient.I also have extensive experience working to develop business partnerships with key players in the casual gaming industry, and with executing technical integrations with those partners.

While at Amazon I worked in both Supply Chain and Merchant Services on a number of projects and consistently delivered to a high standard. The majority of my work at Amazon.com was in Java, Perl, Mason and Javascript, with some C++.
