Shanly Partnership Homes is a for profit registered provider offering Shanly quality shared ownership homes to those who might otherwise be priced out of the property market.I am working to position Shanly Partnership Homes as a trusted provider of shared ownership homes, having established a strong partnership with SOWN, part of the Leaders Romans group, who specialise in selling both new-build and re-sale shared ownership homes.As Shanly Partnership Homes do not retain affordable rented units, we are working with Knight Frank's Affordable Housing team to maximise the value of the Shanly Group's wider affordable housing portfolio.I am currently leading the rebrand of Shanly Partnership Homes, which will be announced shortly.

Having moved away from private practice to establish a new in-house legal function from scratch, my role was broad and I advised on a wide array of legal issues, including commercial, privacy, transactional, dispute resolution and compliance matters, including managing and supervising work carried out by external lawyers, where required.I put in place new matter management and automatic internal reporting systems leveraging Office365, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to streamline document workflow, allowing colleagues to ‘self-serve’ whilst reducing delays, increasing productivity and improving compliance.
