In a client delivery role, I am responsible for helping banks build and implement end-to-end transformation programs to address their business challenges and better serve their customers. This includes building strategic roadmaps, developing optimized operating models, and implementing industry-leading technologies.

In an internally-focused process improvement role, I was responsible for identifying ways The Hackett Group, a strategic consultancy with leading benchmarking capabilities, could improve their project delivery capabilities. Upon completion of my internship with the firm, I implemented a governance model for building an internal case study repository, and published client onboarding material providing new clients information on The Hackett Group’s proprietary benchmarking methodology and best practices for preparing for a benchmarking engagement.
