Direct and manage a staff of over 200 employees for all financial operations, including the accounting, financial reporting, cash management, planning, budgeting, tax and local regulatory functions, as well as the IT Department of Bakery Supplies North America.In early 2006, while retaining full responsibility as the CFO of BSNA, assumed full management responsibility for QA Products for a two year period. Managed a staff of 125 located in a manufacturing plant, with distribution points and sales offices located across the U.S. The business was ultimately positioned and sold near the end of 2007.

Monitored and managed day-to-day operations of approximately 100 acquired financial services firms and their subsidiaries in the insurance, money management and corporate benefits industries.

Responsible for financial reporting for all acquired companies and for consolidating financial statements in conformity with SEC requirements in anticipation of an S-1 filing. Also responsible for implementing basic financial processes, including cash management and internal controls in a growth oriented, decentralized organization.
