All whilst providing unrivalled quality and service levels.Key responsibilities include Brand Strategy, Marketing, Team Leadership and Engagement, Financial Management (P&L), Business Development and Operational Management.Ploy is changing the way companies work. Our service-orientated methodology works with our clients, introducing a new approach to scalable resource planning. This allows us to fulfil requests quickly, maintain quality, leverage social media and develop a model unique to your business – welcome to a new way of thinking. Our customers use our services in a number of ways across A/NS and APAC; covering metro, regional and remote locations. How do we do it? By building a solution based on thorough market & skill gap analysis, adopting social media practise and utilising a new generation of skilled contractors. Whether we’re used for task-based assignments, to backfill BAU positions to free up staff to get involved in ‘sexy projects’ or managing a project end to end… we are always developing an alternate solution to the long, drawn-out process of having to raise headcount approvals.
