--Work with banks and lenders to complete the repositioning of distressed real estate assets in order to maximize return for clients, generating in excess of $8 million in gross sales and returning over $7 million in net sales proceeds--Serve as President of the Board of Directors of 2 separate Homeowner’s Associations simultaneously, overseeing more than $1 million in annual expenditures for a total of 350 self-managed units--Represent the Lender-Owner and the Developer at Homeowner’s Association meetings to vote on their behalf and update owners on the progress of sales

--Coordinate the acquisition of multi-family properties, REO assets and debt secured by multi-family assets in excess of 300 units and $6 million, including initial screening, underwriting, contract process, due diligence and closing--Create complex cash flow models to perform financial analysis of multi-family properties, condos and conversions, mixed-use developments and land in order to determine highest and best use and explore the potential for acquisition--Create and manage capital improvement budgets in excess of $1,000,000 including managing vendors, contractors and third-party management companies

--Work directly with company CFO to value land, condominium, multi-family, and other distressed real estate for company acquisition in excess of $200 million--Analyze property cash flows and first mortgage debt scenarios to detail a highest and best use for the property as well as disposition scenarios for exit strategy--Conduct site inspections and property tours with on-site property management for acquisition of properties containing at least 200 units
