In January 2014 I started my journey in the Reply Group as junior UX Designer for Bitmama Reply. With a work-hard mindset, I learnt the foundations of UX and human-centered design thanks to a forward-thinker mentor and passionate colleagues.In 2017 I moved to Triplesense Reply (another subsidiary of the Reply Group) as a Senior UX Designer, where I was the key UX designer on numerous high-profile projects. During the years I moved to Chicago for 5 months and to London for 8 months, to ensure the successful delivery of the projects I was working on. Always keeping my sharp eye for details and my problem-solving attitude, now I'm UX Lead & Collaborative frameworks designer at WM Reply Inc. In this role, I lead and manage the UX & UI team and I’m responsible for architecting user experiences for a variety of digital initiatives (web design, mobile apps, CMS implementations, e-commerce solutions). I also organize, create & lead problem-solving and decision-making workshops to generate strategies, value propositions, innovative design solutions, and to unlock projects' superpowers.I understand the challenges presented by different industry segments and the constraints placed on UX by specific technologies (e.g. Sharepoint, Adobe, Hybris). This is why I adapt actions and workloads accordingly to project needs/timeframes, and/or I scale processes and designs for iterative releases - always ensuring end-customers needs are met.
