Using an in-house platform (based on a Microsoft stack) we spec, design, code, QA, and support web sites with custom components for attendee registration, payment, scheduling and reporting. Projects range from $20,000 to $1,000,000 and above, and involve coordinating teams of designers, developers and clients, often in real-time support of events. Client companies include large tech industry corporations in chip fabrication, databases and networking throughout the world.

Providing Account Management and Project Management services for a variety of non-profit and educational clients throughout the country. Primary contact with clients' staff to gather project feedback. Provide fully-engaged project lifecycle support to 5 or more clients at one time, using a variety of agile and waterfall techniques. Overflow project support: I was given a series of incomplete projects and brought them to completion. As a contracted resource, I was given a series of a dozen projects that were in progress and required oversight, project management, scheduling and budgeting. I collected overviews of each project and developed status dashboards in GoogleDocs, and then kept track of staff and contractor hours using Workamajig. For each project I assigned tasks in Pivotal, AppTrajectory, BugHerd, or email as appropriate and I organized files and reviewed assets using Box.com file services. Additionally I provided fill-in design support in Photoshop and Illustrator as well as light front-end development support for HTML5 and CSS3 via GitHub. Provided direct support to brand overhaul in 2007.As Web Team Manager I managed employees and contractors in a variety of projects including the redevelopment of web sites; the design and development of 14 sub-brand specific sites (in 5 languages); implementation of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, custom); deployment of SEO and PPC efforts using Google AdWords, Google Analytics and WebTrends; and creation of a Salesforce-backed partner portal with Python.
