Customer Engagement Manager
CurrentIn my current role, I direct Customer Engagement teams in cultivating client relationships, delivering individualized projects in alignment with overarching objectives and requirements. I partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies in meeting and exceeding established financial and performance metrics. I also lead geographically diverse teams across the US and Canada, ensuring delivery of cohesive client experiences and goal achievement.• Identify key growth opportunities, developing new business in untapped markets, as well as expanding existing client accounts.• Leverage data analysis to provide playbook outlining current landscape and deliver actionable recommendations in future decision-making.• Support NDA and contract negotiation, as well as development of customer-specific pricing structures.
