About Ross O'Neill

There's only one thing better than a technical nerd - an extroverted one who loves what he does.Hi. I'm Ross. I started off wanting to create video games in college, but soon found my true passion, Economics - or so I thought. After immersing myself in the world of Macro and Micro Economics, as well as the more technical aspects of the subject such as Econometrics, I graduated with my degree in Economics & Computer Science. Google was waiting for me. However, life would have another twist. By chance, I saw an advert for an MSc in International Business and jumped at the opportunity to stay at home rent-free for another year.Three semesters later, and I finished my Masters Thesis on the effects an intergenerational workforce can have on a company's Human Resource Planning (HRP). I was previously employed as a Recruitment Consultant for Ward Personnel, a pioneering agency specialising in the construction sector. I am now working for CField Construction, leading the IT department for both their UK & Irish projects.
