Business Relationship Manager
Current• Architect transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating organizational performance to create sustainable infrastructure. Develop business roadmaps for effective strategic planning and design technology strategies that align with overarching goals and industry trends. • Foster productive, efficient relationships and partnerships with leaders across the laboratory demonstrating flexible and adaptable interpersonal skills.• Orchestrate requirements gathering, process improvements, solution and vendor assessments, implementation and integration plans for several major enterprise cloud systems including Workday Human Capital Management, Recruiter, Learning and Finance, Concur Travel and Expense, Cority Environment Health & Safety Platform.• Prepare and analyze work project budgets up to $3M, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control. Lead and oversee large, complex lab-wide projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering value and mitigating risks to support Argonne's mission.• Member of a cross functional Lab Sizing team that improves and executes the overall process for managing the laboratory level work project financial forecasting for an annual budget of $32.5M. This team is responsible for reviewing work project proposals, funding amounts and recommendations for approval in alignment with compliance and investment strategies.
