Leading the Visitor Experience team tasked with delivering the Visitor experience which results from the operation of the Visitor exhibition and other facilities within the Centre. Ensuring that customer service and engagement meets standards consistent with that of a world class Visitor Centre and being ‘Edinburgh’s Best Family Attraction’. A main responsibility is ensuring that the Attraction continually meets the required standards to retain its 5 star grading awarded by Visit Scotland and to maintain its Gold award from the Green Tourism Initiative. I attended NSPCC Training and I am also now one of 5 employees certified as CPO’s (Child Protection Officers) at Dynamic Earth.

Working alongside and managing the rest of the team to ensure guests receive a unique experience and uphold 5 star customer service.
