For over 10 years, I’ve been leading and managing teams with a strong mixture of IT, business operations, logistics and supply chain optimizations, and other entrepreneurial endeavors. Currently, I’m the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with one of the leading healthcare tech companies, NovoPath. NovoPath is a trusted source for laboratory information software solutions for the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory market segment. Our engineered solutions help ensure your team is working at its best. We’ve also been helping to reduce human errors and issues that result in patient care problems at in-house laboratories as well as community and university teaching hospitals and medical centers. I grew up in a family of business owners, entrepreneurs, and advocates for small businesses. That legacy is in my blood and it has stayed with me as a driving factor in my interest in founding Crescent Way. In all of the ventures that I’ve undertaken, I strive to bring a positive attitude to the teams that I’ve managed with straightforward leadership and fostering innovative ideas to build on strategies for growth, increased sales, and finding ways to reduce expenses. In this role, I also oversaw the closure of Kankakee ED plant and the sale of Versamid product line. This required fulfilling the exit stock production with a depleted staffing/resources. Ultimately, this resulted in salvaging over $40MM of additional exit sales. Key Achievements:• Enacted business rules for slow-moving merchandise, reducing bi-products inventory by $1.1MM; process subsequently implemented at other Resins & Additives plants.• Implemented new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to better manage KPIs and operational efficiencies. -
