Leader - Enterprise Solution Consulting
Current- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to a team of Enterprise Solution Consultants.- Responsible for solutioning activities for all North American Enterprise new sales and current accounts (US and Canada).- Team with the Global Solutioning team for any Omnichannel opportunities that require card present, US/CAD processing needs.- Develop and present detailed merchant integration paths/plans outlining all solutions utilized and/or proposed.- Work alongside senior leaders in Sales, Relationship Management, RFP Sales Support, Technical Account Managers, Strategy and Product to understand current pipeline of opportunities, product gaps, and new verticals.- Partner with Go to Market (GTM) and Commercialization teams to understand new products and features in order to train our team to be the first line of support for Sales and Relationship Management.- Travel alongside Sales and Relationship management to client meetings for discovery/whiteboarding sessions, solution presentations, and sales support activities.
