A Pre-opening flagship in Radisson Blu brand with 440 keys in operational 80K sqm.in this 12-month period, have set all frameworks for HR and Training and ready for the opening.

a 7 year old hotel with 369 guest rooms needs strategically working out for desired results as HR concerns.

a re-branded hotel with 654 rooms. Much harder for management to pull everything back to the right track to meet Pullman standards.We know what guest wants, we work even harder to make guests feel right and welcome.

joined 8 months before its opening, a 442 room hotel, it was the first time this UK brand to launch in Asia.It was the most exciting and enjoyable time while working to set up the HR team and develop all HR related policies and procedures under the guidance from Guoman UK. Happily that all HODs were indentified and confirmed two and half months after i joined.

Joined at pre opening for this 320 room hotel and set up the HR team including all HR functions and related policies. 6 weeks after joining and 2 weeks before its opening, left for Guoman hotel, due to the very bad time the owning company created for the hotel management.Caution: be minded before deciding working for/with Da Hua company as your owner

developed an agreement for hotel management under Marriott brand in Changfeng area, and i/c overseas and joint venture businesses for turnover of 100 mio RMB a year.
