Promoted from Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychology and Education to Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology and Education in January 2010. Areas focus on using data to drive strategic change and organizational diagnosis and design.

Ross consults in the areas of curriculum design, leadership and talent development, executive coaching and the creation of high performance ethical organizational cultures. Typical consulting engagements have included training needs analysis, design and facilitation of leadership development programs and the development of a curriculum strategy to accelerate talent development.

I am responsible for leading the Southern Connecticut Chapter of ASTD. The chapter's mission is to provide a local forum in which learning and development professionals can enhance their knowledge of the field, share best practices, and build relationships with colleagues.In July 2016, I passed the role of president to my successor and became Past President.

Provided leadership, executive coaching, compliance training, functional training, instructional design and Human Resource training communication to all Real Estate employees in North America.

Created and staffed the function delivering leadership development, learning design, training program delivery and executive coaching to 16,000 managers in North America. Designed and implemented world-wide needs analyses to identify and respond to critical knowledge and skill gaps on a global and local basis. Coordinated with global divisions and regional L&D organizations to improve efficiency, focus and impact.

Supervised the instructional design for the leadership, sales and compliance curricula for a 12,000-person sales force. Helped to create the Pfizer world-wide leadership curriculum consisting of a virtual environment for elearning and virtual community, designed an award winning metric strategy to demonstrate an ROI of 148% for the supervisory skills course and created the world-wide 360 used to provide feedback to participants and graduates of the leadership programs. Was Instrumental in providing the strategies to enable Pfizer, in the annual Training Magazine top 125 competition, to place # 1 and enter the Training Magazine Hall of Fame.

Managed the North American succession plan and supported the corporate department succession plan process. Chaired the Corporate Quality Council. Conducted the needs analysis, relaunched the L&D function for the U.S Headquarters and then delivered leadership, professional and functional development, to 1,000 corporate employees.

Provided sales support for the leadership development and customer service curriculum for the retail, pharmaceutical, consumer and hospitality industries. Customized and facilitated leadership programs, created strategic interventions and provided sales support to 22 account executives with annual sales of $20 million.
