I have substantial experience in transaction support and financial due diligence projects for Banks, Private Equity and UK and International Corporates.I have particularly strong market knowledge of the Private Equity and Banking community, which was further enhanced following a secondment into a structured leverage team within one of the UK's leading banks in 2010.I am responsible for leading corporate finance teams on due diligence assignments and providing deal support to clients. This includes bringing together financial and tax teams on transactions ranging from £1 million to £50 million. I work closely with clients from the outset, to ensure an appropriate scope of work is agreed, and maintain regular contact throughout the project.
