Part of the IT Services project management team responsible for delivering IT projects that would drive additional revenue from recognized verticals as well as reduce expenses on pre-existing activities.Accomplishments:Deployed an interface to work between the software and engineering maintenance departments built off of JIRA and the Remedy platform.Successfully deployed a web based interface through which customers could log in to view their ATM workforce, utilizing Google Analytics, and drill down based on criteria such as location, current status, or type of risk.Successfully deployed a web based dashboard, utilizing Google Analytics, capable of predicting future capacity demand trends based off historical evidence. This dashboard was capable of near real time reporting against multiple criteria and areas, SLA levels, current demand, LOCA (Leftover Calls from previous day, duration call was open.Successfully deployed a Capacity Planning tool capable of generating a detailed schedule based off of aforementioned knowledge to manage the bi-weekly schedules of the customer engineer workforce. Completed a detailed research analysis with field services to determine that laptops can be replaced by tablets as well as identifying the mobile platform to be used internally moving forward based off requirements and other criteria.Managing a Microsoft Server 2008 upgrade involving over 350+ Microsoft 2003 servers that must be upgraded before Microsoft support ceases in June 2015. This involves the hardware, acquisition and staging, and software component of the upgrade.
