Software Application Specialist/MSRAs a Software Application Specialist, I perform testing for new applications and programs from beginning to finish prior to going live. I work independently to identify issues with Symitar applications for the operations department, and I assist the programmer to identify, test, and solve issues. Additionally, I write detailed procedures for new processes and help to ensure training is complete before the process is implemented. In addition, I review and test all Symitar upgrades for operational enhancements, including service packs and/or new releases.
