Reporting to the CEO, I was promoted to manage a range of business improvement/digitisation projects and improve internal systems, processes and controls in response to significant business growth, whilst still managing operations, finance and procurement. Hired to manage company finance and administration functions, I then organically took on more of an Account Management role looking after and growing specific customers due to strong relationship building; a progression encouraged by the CEO. ☆ Maintained accounting systems and managed all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll. ☆ Hired, trained, and oversaw Administration Assistant and Accountant. ☆ Planned and managed new website creation and implementation.☆ Built customer account from one of lowest spend to one of the largest product customers in Australia.
